So excited to receive the new cookbook by Aran Goyoaga in the post today. I have her first cookbook, which I love, and the new one looks amazing. I love baking, so I can’t wait to start baking from Cannelle et Vanille Bakes Simple.

Looking through the cookbook, it covers the basics of baking, going on to bread, cakes, tarts, pies, biscuits, cookies and holiday baking. I’m looking forward sharing my thoughts on the recipes as I bake my way through the book.
